INTRODUCCIÓN
A través de esta grata historia del afamado escritor Robert Fisher, podemos obtener profundasenseñanzas que repercuten en nuestras vidas.
El libro es una ventana mediante la cual podemos observar que en diversas ocasiones nos hemos escondido tras una armadura que no nos permite movernos, ser libres y que en ocasiones nos causa muchísimos problemas.
Esta historia es una hermosa metáfora que nos ayuda a comprender la importancia que tiene el amarnos a nosotros mismos, el amar la vida, alos demás y sobre todo nos enseña a no confundir el amor con la necesidad.
Conforme el caballero logra comprender que fue un gran error recluirse dentro de su armadura, va aprendiendo a disfrutar más intensamente de lo maravilloso de la vida, la importancia de ser lo que es, no lo que los demás esperan que sea.
